Integrity takes the top slot

"Nothing is more important than a company's integrity. It is the first and the most important value in any organization. It not only means that people must abide by the letter and spirit of the law, it also means doing the right thing and fighting for what you think is right."
- Jack Welch in Jack, Straight From The Gut

My take :
Ditto Mr. Welch. On the surface, integrity is a deep mindset not easily learnt. Seems one needs to be born with it. But people can and should be made aware of it, and with the right efforts, it can become an organizational value.
